FixCarIQ stores the information needed to help you manage vehicle checks: account details, vehicle profiles, symptoms, scanner history, quote reviews, inspection notes, subscription status, and support requests.

Scanner data and vehicle reports are used to produce likely causes, recommended checks, workshop questions, and repair price context. FixCarIQ does not provide a final or guaranteed mechanic verdict.

FixCarIQ is not emergency advice. Stop driving and get urgent help if the car overheats, loses braking, leaks fuel, smells burnt, smokes heavily, or warning lights flash.

Payments are handled by Paystack. FixCarIQ stores subscription status and payment references, not full card details.

You can request account deletion or data deletion through support. Production support should verify ownership before deleting records.
